Microvillous non-hodgkin lymphomas are large cell malignant lymphomas with a sinus growth pattern and the presence of cytoplasmic processes detected by electron microscopy. Microvillous non-hodgkin lymphomas appear to be of B cell lineage. Eight cases of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the breast found in the pathology files of the Institute of Oncology, Ljubljana, Yugoslavia, for a period of 25 years (from 1961 to 1985) were analyzed. Lymphoma infiltration to the pituitary is rare. It represents less than 0.5% of all reported pituitary metastases (PMs). Here we present a case series of 3 patients with PMs from a systemic lymphoma.
