INTRODUCTION: Little is known about COVID-19 vaccination intent among people experiencing homelessness. This study assesses surveyed COVID-19 vaccination intent among adult homeless shelter residents and staff and identifies factors associated with vaccine deliberation (responded "undecided") and reluctance (responded "no"), including time trends.

Pharmacists are well positioned to play a major role in increasing access to emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs). A pilot project in Washington State is testing direct pharmacist prescribing. Through a collaborative drug therapy agreement, a licensed prescriber, such as a physician, delegates to a pharmacist the authority to prescribe ECPs directly to women who meet the assessment criteria. This paper describes Washington State's geographical, political and organisational context as it influences fuel disruption planning, as well as the history and philosophy of Washington's fuel-planning programme.
