The purpose of this research was to compare the efficacy and safety of unilateral versus bilateral PKP for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Six databases (Cochrane, PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, SinoMed, and CNKI) were searched without language restrictions.
