Multifocal micronodular pneumocyte hyperplasia (MMPH) is rare in the absence of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). We report a genetically confirmed TSC-negative case in a 50-year-old male patient with numerous bilateral ill-defined ground-glass nodules found on chest computed tomography. In this study, we present findings from an analysis of 17 patients diagnosed with eosinophilic lung disease, with a majority (64.70%) being male. The average age of the patients was 54 ± 13.22 years. A history of uncontrolled asthma was noted in nine cases. The clinical picture was characterized by persistent dyspnea and cough.
