CASE REPORT: We encountered a case of Prader-Willi syndrome in a 29-year-old male patient with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and cataract. We report five cases of intertrochanteric fractures that needed open reduction after failed closed reduction techniques. Excessive contraction of muscle fibers during certain forms of sports, such as weightlifting and bench pressing, is the most common cause.
