We report 2 cases of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare malignant tumor, arising from the tunica dartos in the scrotum. Sonography revealed that each tumor had clear boundaries, a complete capsule, abundant blood flow, and an internal hypoechoic signal. Patients with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma who have suspected lymph node metastases or distant metastatic lesions should undergo computed tomography. A slaughtered 2-year-old female sika deer (Cervus nippon yesoensis) had diffusely distributed multinodular lesions on the serosal surface of the peritoneal cavity and several nodules in the pleural cavity. We report the fourth case of an intracranial malignant triton tumor not associated with a cranial nerve in a 26-year-old male with a clinical history of neurofibromatosis type 1. The patient was found unresponsive and displayed confusion, lethargy, hyperreflexia, and dysconjugate eye movements upon arrival at the emergency room. MRI revealed a large bifrontal mass. A case of solitary angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva in a 16-year-old woman was examined by histology and immunohistochemistry. OBJECTIVE: To describe a case of aggressive scrotal angiomyxoma in a 55-year old man.
METHODS: Ultrasound examination revealed a tumor on the scrotum. Surgical resection and histopathological study of the tumor was performed. The literature is briefly reviewed.

BACKGROUND: Fibrosarcoma is a rare, invasive soft tissue sarcoma that is more common in males aged 30-60 years. It accounts for 1% of all malignancies in the human body. Treatment is radical surgical removal, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.
CASE PRESENTATION: A 58-year-old Khorasani Persian male patient with a complaint of expansion, pain, and paresthesia in the left maxillary quadrant was diagnosed with infiltrative high-grade sarcoma.
