The study of 34 patients with septic shock has shown that active detoxication with hemosorption leads to prompt stabilization of systemic hemodynamics with a considerable increase in oxygen delivery and consumption. When hemosorption was followed by HBO procedures the functional capacities of the cardiac muscle were improved, the elimination of anaerobic metabolism inversion facilitated, and the level of oxygen consumption normalized.

Hemosorption and endolymphatic pharmacotherapy was included in the complex of treatment in 65 patients operated upon for spreaded forms of peritonitis and acute ileus. Hemosorption was performed within 12-24 h after operation, pharmacological agents (Aceclidine++, Cerucal, Obsidan) were introduced by antegrade endolymphatic infusions 4-6 h after hemosorption. The work is devoted to the employment of a prolonged selective bringing of medical drugs to hepatopancreatoduodenal zone in complex with other methods of prophylactics and treatment of postoperative pancreatites in patients operated on the pancreas. The duration of staying the catheters in the celiac artery was 72-96 h at an average. Thanks to introduction of the method of selective therapy the amount of complications was decreased after planned operations on organs of the pancreatoduodenal zone by 12,6% and after operations for pancreatonecrosis by 19,5%.
