The human gut-liver axis is a critical immunological interface, yet factors that shape T cell adaptation and clonal expansion across tissues remain unclear. BACKGROUND: TS/A cells (a Balb/c-derived tumor cell line), when injected into syngenic mice, give rise to rapidly growing tumors. In this study, a vaccination protocol was established which was able to elicit an immune response effective in controlling tumor growth.

Intratumoral electroporation (IT-EP) with IL-12 cDNA (IT-EP/IL12) can lead to the eradication of established B16 melanoma tumors in mice.
