Swelling of the floor of the mouth is sometime difficult to diagnose clinically. Lithiasis and neoplasm are the most frequent causes of intraoral swelling. Also after plain radiology and computed tomography the diagnosis is often dubious. A case of swelling of the floor of the mouth due to an adenoid cystic carcinoma of the sublingual gland is reported.

Management of obstructive upper ureteral calculi by first flushing the lithiasis to renal cavity and secondary extracorporeal lithotripsy is proposed as a routine guide-line, especially when treatment by ESWL is not immediately available. It that purpose a procedure is described allowing to flush calculi in all the cases, even if enclosed by oedema, dilated or flexible ureter.

BACKGROUNDS: Postoperative percutaneous choledochoscopy via T tube sinus tract is a common modality for treating retained intrahepatic stones in China. We report a rare complication of postoperative choledochoscopy for treating retained hepatolithiasis: T tube sinus tract duodenal fistula.
METHODS: From January 2003 to December 2018, intrahepatic duct stones with or without common bile duct stones were detected in 1031 patients. Fifteen of the 1031 patients with intrahepatic stones developed a T tube sinus tract duodenal fistula that was diagnosed by cholangiography and choledochoscopy.
