A cytogenetic screening of 1868 mentally diseases criminals is performed. 5 man with abnormal karyotypes were found: 2 with the chromosome set 47,XXY; 1--with mosaicism 46,XY/47,XXY and 2--with karyotype 47,XYY. Total frequency of chromosome abnormalities was found to be 0.27% (XXY karyotype--0.16%, XYY--0.11%). Among tall mentally diseased criminals the frequency of XXY set was found to be 0.94%, and of XYY--1.89%. So among tall mentally diseased criminals the frequency of these abnormalities is higher. The aim of the study was to assess oral health status in in children with intellectual disability (ID) living in Moscow Orphanage №15. The study involved 91 children aged 12 (39 children) and 15 (52 children). Caries incidence and DMFT index, periodontal disease incidence, OHI-S and PMA index, malocclusions incidence were assessed at baseline examination. The present investigation was carried out to estimate the prevalence of EBV-associated cases among gastric carcinoma (GC) patients of Russia and the Republics of the former Soviet Union (FSU). OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of bictegravir (BIC)-based antiretroviral therapy (ART) against HIV-1 sub-subtype A6 viruses carrying the L74I polymorphic mutation in integrase.
METHODS: A total of 100 ART-naive people living with HIV from the Moscow Regional AIDS Center were enrolled between May and July 2023. The paper is devoted to the topical problem of maintaining somatic and psychic health of the women of reproductive age by rational pregnancy planning and prevention of abortions by modern methods of contraception including combined oral hormonal contraception. Unfortunately, this approach is rarely employed in this country (5-6%). Results of retrospective analysis of medical documentation, clinical efficacy and safety of modern combined oral hormonal contraception are presented.

Storage mites of the families Acaridae and Glycyphagidae attracted attention as the source of household allergens. Storage mites occurring in house dust were studied. The fauna of storage mites in house dust was represented by two families. The dominating species, both in the relative amount and occurrence, were Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Chortoglyphus arcuatus. In addition, Caloglyphus rodionovi and Carpoglyphus lactis occur regularly. The specific activity of allergenic extracts obtained from storage mites was studied in ELISA. They were shown to have sensitizing and immunogenic properties

Sixty-seven children with early childhood autism received therapeutic and corrective treatment in a day-time clinic. In 37 cases socialization of children proved possible, and following treatment, they were transferred to specialized, logopedic, and general kindergartens and schools. The authors advocate the advisability of setting up day-time clinics in the framework of childhood psychiatric hospitals and of organization of separate groups for children with early childhood autism in the framework of specialized kindergartens.

The experience of running a specialized photoroentgenographic station of the Institute is discussed. The total of 4,052 examinations (healthy subjects for prophylaxis and patients with gastrointestinal complaints) were carried out. The percentage of early gastric cancer diagnosed by means of prophylactic photoroentgenography was significantly higher than that yielded by standard out-patient examination procedures. Such centers should be set up primarily at large polyclinics, regional hospitals, etc.
