The association between thymic tumors and other intrathoracic or extrathoracic neoplasms is relatively rare; the synchronous occurrence of thymoma and bronchoalveolar carcinoma of the lung has never been described so far. A huge B3 cystic thymoma was found at thoracotomy to be associated with stage IV bronchoalveolar carcinoma (intraparenchymal and pleural metastases). Due to pain because of supramesocolic malignancies of the upper abdomen organs in 50 patients at nonoperative stage, we have performed 18 right sided, 11 left sided and 21 bilateral TSS interventions. Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is an uncommon tumor in childhood and adolescence, and is exceptionally rare as a secondary neoplasm related to prior anti-neoplastic therapy. Paratesticular soft tissue tumors are uncommon neoplasms that may present significant challenges for the pathologist and clinician. This article reviews the incidence of these rare tumors, and on the common benign and malignant entities that occur in this location. Key points in differential diagnosis are emphasized. The grading, staging, and management of patients with paratesticular sarcomas is also discussed.
