Goblet cells were visualized in impression cytology specimens from bulbar conjunctiva of the rabbit eye using Giemsa staining. Highly magnified images were used to generate outlines of the goblet cells and their characteristic eccentric nuclei. Cystatin B is an anti-protease implicated in myoclonus epilepsy, a degenerative disease of the central nervous system. High-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) has become a treatment option for fit patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). We have generated an mAb, RR3-15, that recognizes murine TCRs containing the V beta 11 domain. Using this antibody to stain peripheral T cells, we have demonstrated that V beta 11-bearing T cells are largely absent from strains of mice that express the class II MHC molecule, I-E.
