Acinar cell carcinoma (ACC) of the pancreas is an extremely rare tumor type, accounting for approximately 1% of all pancreatic neoplasm. Here, we report a rare case of ACC of the pancreas diagnosed on the basis of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) findings prior to surgical treatment. We studied the effect of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug fenspiride on contractive activity of bronchial smooth muscles on the model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of rats induced by 60-day exposure to nitrogen dioxide. We describe a case of 36-year-old man who presented with a subacute headache preceded by a 1-month history of posterior neck pain without trauma history. During the last 21 years, 7 adult captive Brazilian agoutis (Dasyprocta leporina) from 4 different zoologic gardens were necropsied and histologically examined at the Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research, Berlin, Germany.
