Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides (HMF) is a clinical variant of MF with a presentation similar to other hypopigmented diseases, especially vitiligo. Unknown melanoma occurs as metastasis to skin, nodes or viscera, without a detectable cutaneous primary tumour.
