Vascular tumors of the breast are rare, but benign hemangiomas are the most common type. Capillary hemangiomas are a subset of benign vascular tumors that involve smaller vessel sizes. They are difficult to diagnose with mammography and ultrasound, as they lack pathognomonic features and are frequently not seen. MRI is the most sensitive imaging tool.
