Cell-free DNA, DNA from the developing placenta, is a noninvasive prenatal screening test to detect common fetal chromosomal abnormalities. Rarely, nonreportable results occur when the test cannot accurately determine the fetus chromosomal status. In order to produce valuable monoclonal antibodies for immunodiagnosis of cysticercosis, hybridoma technique was adopted using the fusion of splenic lymphocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with Cysticercus cellulosae antigens and the myeloma cell line NS-1.
