Circulating tumor DNA-based liquid biopsy is increasingly integrated into cancer care, particularly for detecting minimal residual disease, yet patient perspectives remain poorly understood. This single-center, cross-sectional, mixed-methods study assessed recall, knowledge, and attitudes toward liquid biopsy and circulating tumor DNA among 195 patients (median age 65 years; 63% female) undergoing cancer treatment or follow-up, supplemented by focus groups. BACKGROUND: We report a new method for treating patients with symptomatic high-grade stenosis of the proximal vertebral artery associated with high-grade stenosis of the ipsilateral carotid artery.
METHODS: Our patient had high-grade stenosis of the proximal right vertebral artery as well as high-grade stenosis of the ipsilateral carotid artery and suffered continued posterior circulation ischemic neurological deficits despite anticoagulation.
RESULTS: The patient was successfully treated with a carotid endarterectomy and thyrocervical-to-vertebral artery transposition in a single operation.

We report a rare case of angina in a patient with anomalous left circumflex artery origin from the right sinus of Valsalva with retroaortic course and a double myocardial bridging of the anterior descending artery. In a modified apical 4-chamber view during transthoracic echocardiography the "crossed aorta sign" (or "RAC sign") was found. Usually, the diagnosis of this congenital anomaly of coronary circulation is established during coronary angiography. In our case, the diagnosis was suspected during angiography but confirmed by echocardiography and coronary computed tomography angiography.
