Chorangioma has been referred to as a hamartoma-like, or a hyperplastic capillary lesion, rather than a true neoplasm. Its incidence is 1 in 100 placentas. In chorangiomas larger than 4 cm, there can be significant effects on the hemodynamic and circulatory processes of the fetus, leading to grave clinical consequences, such as polyhydramnios and fetal heart failure. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) invasion into the right atrium (RA) is a rare presentation and represents an unfavourable prognosis. We report a case of a large intracardiac mass occupying the RA in a patient with newly diagnosed iCCA. The case highlights the importance of multimodality imaging in the diagnosis and management of this rare presentation of iCCA.

Myxosarcoma only accounts for a very small proportion of primary malignant tumors of the heart. The disease has no specificity in clinical manifestations or features on medical images. The heart is a destination for metastases of various types of primary tumors, with lung, breast, melanoma, and mesothelioma being the most common types. Recurrent isolated cardiac metastasis presenting as a cavitary mass is rare. We present a case of recurrent isolated cavitary metastatic mass to the right atrium in a patient with the history of breast cancer who presented with new-onset atrial fibrillation. The patient successfully received radiation therapy with the resolution of the mass confirmed on repeat echocardiography.

In a 73-year-old male patient with a history of prostate cancer, a right ventricular endoluminal tumor was diagnosed by echocardiography. An endocardial papillary fibroelastoma or myxoma appeared possible; a malignant tumor could not be ruled out. The tumor was resected using extracorporeal circulation and cardioplegic arrest. Histopathology study revealed a bronchogenic cyst with ciliated epithelium.

Here, we present a case of choriocarcinoma with metastasis only to the right inferior pulmonary vein and heart, which is unusual, as the skipping of lung metastasis is extremely rare. The authors present a 57-year-old patient with synchronous left atrial myxoma and gastric cancer undergoing staged treatment. Distal gastrectomy with gastroduodenostomy at the first stage was followed by resection of the left atrial myxoma after 22 days. Postoperative period was uneventful after both interventions. The follow-up examination revealed favorable clinical status and no cancer progression.

Carney complex is a rare syndrome caused by a genetic mutation leading to multiple endocrine abnormalities and a variety of tumors.
