An enantio- and diastereoselective stepwise cyclization of polyprenoids induced by Lewis acid-assisted chiral Brønsted acids (chiral LBAs) and achiral LBAs is described. Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) was induced in rats of the Lewis strain fed diets adequate or deficient in essential fatty acids (EFA). INTRODUCTION: Different types and localisations of neurological lesions can produce tinnitus and verbal or musical hallucinations (VMH).
METHOD: These symptoms were screened for in 1,000 outpatients at a cognitive neurology clinic, and epidemiological and neuroimaging data were recorded.

Here, we fabricate ammonia sensors based on organic transistors by using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blended with tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (TPFB) as an active layer. The effects and mechanisms of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction (HGWD) in cancer cachexia remain unclear. We generated an in vivo cachexia model by implanting Lewis lung carcinoma cells into mice and treated animals with HGWD. We evaluated muscle function using grip strength and wire-grip tests. In this study, we isolated and characterized a chromosomal locus of Helicobacter pylori previously identified by transposon shuttle mutagenesis as being involved in the adhesion of the pathogen to gastric epithelial cells. Catalytic esterification of acid-rich coffee waste-derived bio-oil was performed using sulfonated metal oxide catalysts (Al2O3, MgO, ZrO2, and TiO2) and ethanol to produce fatty acid alkyl esters. The effect of boric acid post-modification on [Al]ZSM-5 zeolites is investigated.
