This report describes the case of a 47-year-old woman with myalgias, weakness, and elevated creatine kinase associated with semaglutide therapy prescribed for weight loss. Her symptoms and laboratory markers were consistent with rhabdomyolysis and resolved after discontinuation of semaglutide.
