INTRODUCTION: Female genitalis lichen sclerosus (FGLS) occurs on skin and mucous membranes and shows inflammatory lesions, chronic atrophic, itching and pain. These physical damages produce a decline in sex and a resulting relational couple discomfort.

BACKGROUND: Negative attitudes toward mental disorders are not only an interpersonal issue but also a concern of mental health care. BACKGROUND: The relationship between normal personality and hypnotic susceptibility is important for understanding mental processing and mental disorders, but it is less consistent in normal people or in patients with a psychiatric disorder. We have hypothesized that the correlation exists but varies in individuals with different levels of hypnotizability.
PARTICIPANTS AND METHODS: We invited 72 individuals with high (HIGH group) and 47 individuals with low (LOW group) hypnotic susceptibilities to undertake tests of NEO-PI-R and the Stanford Hypnotic Susceptibility Scale, Form C (SHSSC).

This study provides a comparative description of treatment-seeking adults with CSBD, Gambling Disorder (GD), and Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) across demographic, psychiatric, and personality correlates. Previously untreated symptomatic volunteers with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) performed the Temperament and Character Inventory at baseline and after 4 to 6 months of paroxetine treatment. Scores from 29 volunteers were analyzed with paired t-tests. A marked reduction was noted in Harm Avoidance and a marked increase was noted in Self-Directedness. Smaller changes were noted in Cooperativeness and Novelty Seeking. Overall, treatment was associated with a reduction in maladaptive personality traits.

INTRODUCTION: Panic disorder (PD) has many comorbidities such as depression, bipolar disorder (BPD), and agoraphobia (AG). PD is a moderately heritable anxiety disorder whose pathogenesis is not well understood. Recently, a tri-allelic serotonin transporter (5-HTTLPR/rs25531) polymorphism was reported to be more sensitive to personality traits compared to the bi-allelic 5-HTTLPR polymorphism.
