Candida dubliniensis is an emerging fungal pathogen, especially in immunodeficient patients. We report what is to the best of our knowledge the first case of multifocal osteomyelitis following disseminated infection in a patient after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. PFGE for typing of C. dubliniensis was developed and the necessity of long-term antifungal therapy is discussed.

A pilot study of the treatment of patients with relapsed malignant gliomas with direct intratumoral injections of yttrium-90 (90Y) radioimmunoconjugates has been completed. (90) Y-ibritumomab-tiuxetan ((90) YIT) was used as a first-line therapy for patients with early-stage follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (MZL). After diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma is the most frequent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It remains incurable, except for localized diseases. Advanced disease has to be treated only in the presence of clinical and/or biology aggressiveness. These patients should be treated by rituximab (Mab-Thera) associated to polychemotherapy comprising cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisone.
