Inguinal canal lipomas are a frequent, often unrecognised finding on abdominopelvic CT. Commonly referred to as spermatic cord or round ligament lipomas, they are not true tumours of fat but are extrusions of extraperitoneal fat into the inguinal canal. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this video is to describe a case of disseminated peritoneal leiomyomatosis (DPL) mimicking deeply infiltrating endometriosis and discuss the preoperative workup, intraoperative approach, and postoperative considerations. The pathogenesis and topography of replacement root resorption (ankylosis) after replantation of incisors was examined in green Vervet monkeys (Cercopithecus aethiops).
