Schinzel-Giedion syndrome (SGS) is a rare disorder with a likely autosomal recessive pattern of inheritance which is characterized by several facial dysmorphisms, midface hypoplasia, multiple skeletal anomalies including short and sclerotic skull base, short neck, and post-axial polydactyly. 32 year old male presented with right facial palsy following head injury. Clinical evaluation showed hemotympanum on right with moderately severe conductive hearing loss, grade III LMN facial palsy and BPPV. Pretruncal (perimesencephalic) nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a benign variant of SAH.
