Our patient is a 29-year-old woman without any previous disease who presented with different kinds of lesions on her face, neck, and chest. She first noticed the lesions 10 years ago and, since that time, they have become more numerous. She has no affected relatives. Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a rare benign adnexal tumor that frequently shows apocrine differentiation. It usually develops on the scalp and is associated with a nevus sebaceus in 40% of cases. Although the clinical presentation may differ, its histology is characteristic. Primary cutaneous ductal apocrine adenocarcinoma (PCDAA) is a rare malignant cutaneous neoplasm usually arising in areas of high apocrine gland density. There have been a total of 40 cases of primary apocrine adenocarcinoma reported in the literature; many are indolent and slowly- developing, but some are rapidly progressive. Palmar hyperhidrosis (PHH) is fairly a common condition, which is treatable by thoracoscopic sympathectomy (TS). Compensatory sweating (CS) is a major side effect of TS. INTRODUCTION: Chondroid syringoma is a rare skin tumor that presents as a slow growing, indolent lesion, that is more frequent in male adults and is usually benign. It is treated surgically and its diagnosis is histological. It can be classified as eccrine and apocrine according to its pathological characteristics.

The method of surgical treatment of parotid gland tumours has been developed, to prevent Lucie Frey's syndrome, restore facial contours by suturing the volumetric allotransplant. A new cosmetic surgical access to the parotid gland is used. The results of treatment of 10 patients were analyzed. Healing was observed in 100% of cases. No one of the patients has developed Lucie Frey's syndrome.
