PURPOSE OF REVIEW: A multitude of new drug and cell therapy approvals for lymphoma has prompted questions about the role of allogeneic blood or marrow transplantation (allo-BMT). We sought to review the latest evidence examining the role of allo-BMT for lymphoma in this evolving landscape.

Pulmonary hypertension is one of the problems that can be encountered before liver transplantation. It is not expected in cases with no additional disease in postoperative period. Herein, we report on a 43-year-old woman who developed idiopathic pulmonary hypertension in the early postoperative period. Further investigation both pathologically and clinically is needed in patients undergoing living donor liver transplantation that may help to solve the problems such as pulmonary arterial hypertension before it occurs and manage complex hemodynamic changes successfully in the future.

Lung transplantation have significantly improved quality of life in patients with end stage respiratory failure, however use of lifelong immunosuppressive therapy and development of bronchiolitis obliterans reflects in a 5-year survival is less the 60%. Ophthalmic complications following lung transplantation are uncommon. Some cases of infectious and malignant ophthalmic complications have been described previously. BACKGROUND: Limited published data exist to guide the treatment of pancreas transplant rejection.
METHODS: We reviewed the treatment and outcomes of 158 first episodes of biopsy-proven pancreas rejection between 1 January 1997 and 31 December 2016. Within each Banff grade of rejection, we compared response rates and long-term outcomes with steroids alone versus steroids plus antithymocyte globulin (ATG).
