Current literature has documented low aerosolized particle deposition efficiency into the paranasal sinuses. We describe the anatomy of the uterosacral ligament with respect to the sacral plexus. In six adult female embalmed cadavers, we identified the uterosacral ligament and its lateral nerve relations.
