A method for rapid screening of photocatalysts employing a form of scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) is described. A piezoelectric dispenser was used to deposit arrays composed of approximately 300-microm-size photocatalyst spots with different compositions onto conducting glass, fluorine-doped tin oxide substrate. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic success of Sealapex pulpectomies in primary teeth.
STUDY DESIGN: Root canals of 62 primary teeth were filled with Sealapex. The tooth was restored with a stainless steel crown, amalgam, compomer, or glass ionomer cement. Clinical and radiographic evaluations of pulpectomized teeth were performed for up to 36 months afterward.

INTRODUCTION: Rhinoscleroma is a chronic progressive inflammatory disease of the upper respiratory tract. We report a clinicopathological series from the Gulf region.
METHODS: The clinical and pathological features of patients diagnosed with rhinoscleroma at three main hospitals in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain over a 20-year period are presented. Archived glass slides and paraffin blocks from these patients were retrieved from the pathology files for review. Special stains were performed whenever indicated. Despite the abundance of epidemiologic studies concerning hand injuries, there is no study that emphasizes the significance of the initial laceration size. The aim of this study is to investigate the incidence of tendon, nerve, and artery injuries that may result from small, penetrating lacerations of the hand and forearm.
