All 14 plasma samples from 13 convalescent and postconvalescent infectious mononucleosis (IM) patients suppressed the spontaneous in vitro transformation of autologous leukocytes. We studied the function of phagocytes and the distribution of lymphocyte subpopulations in 23 patients with Idiopathic Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome. Ten patients with childhood optic neuritis (5 with a single attack of ON and 5 with later MS) were studied at various stages of the disease.
