Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms are rare but occasionally encountered. They are generally highly vascularized solid tumors, often round in shape with clear boundaries, defined contours, and a homogeneous internal structure. However, they can also present with atypical features, such as cystic degeneration, hemorrhage, calcification, and fibrosis, making diagnosis difficult in some cases. This prospective, single-arm observational cohort study evaluated 6-year outcomes of inverted body-shift implants placed in the maxillary esthetic zone. We report a case of malignant melanoma (MM) originating in the maxillary sinus in an 84-year-old man, who was initially misdiagnosed with large-cell lymphoma based on fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).
