A 47-year-old man presented with right upper abdominal pain for 1 month. Contrast-enhanced CT revealed hilar bile duct stenosis with dilatation of the intrahepatic bile ducts, and his serum CA19-9 and CA242 levels were significantly elevated. 18F-FDG and 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT were performed for differential diagnosis. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed only mild FDG uptake in the hepatic hilum. Malignant rhabdoid tumor is an aggressive neoplasm commonly arising from the kidney during infancy and childhood. Extrarenal forms of this tumor are relatively rare and have been reported in several extrarenal sites including central nervous system, liver, bladder, vulva, and head and neck. Hereby, we present FDG PET/CT findings of malignant extrarenal rhabdoid tumor originating from the vagina in an 8-year-old girl.

A 46-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of epistaxis. CT and MRI scan showed a soft tissue mass in the left nasal cavity. An excisional biopsy of the mass revealed extramedullary plasmacytoma. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed intense activity in the region of the left nasal cavity but no other FDG-avid lesions. Additional workups did not reveal any evidence of systematic disease. Based on these findings, the patient was diagnosed as having solitary nasal extramedullary plasmacytoma. He received the local radiation therapy. During the 3-month follow-up, his symptom was relieved.

A 5-year-old boy presented with right testicular swelling for 1 week. Ultrasonography revealed a right testicular hypoechoic mass with increased blood flow. A malignant tumor was suspected, and further investigation with F-FDG PET/CT showed a soft tissue mass with increased FDG uptake in the right testis. Biopsy of the mass confirmed a diagnosis of myeloid sarcoma.

Melanomas usually arise in the sun exposed parts of the skin. Mucosal melanoma is a rare condition. Melanoma of glans penis is even a rarer phenomenon with less than 250 cases reported in literature so far. Here we present a case of a 55-year-old man diagnosed with melanoma of glans penis with findings on 18F FDG PET/CT scan done for metastatic workup. 18F-FDG PET/CT showed primary in the glans penis with metastases in the right supraclavicular, mediastinal, and abdominal lymph nodes.
