Cancers in terms of morbidity and mortality are one of the major universal issues. New compounds of anticancer agents based on β-aryl-β-mercapto ketones scaffold possessing piperidinylethoxy or morpholinylethoxy groups were synthesized and evaluated as cytotoxic agents.
