BACKGROUND: The relative importance of surgery within multimodality regimens commonly used to treat advanced sinonasal malignancies remains unknown.
METHODS: One hundred two patients with locally advanced sinonasal cancers treated with proton beam radiation therapy with or without surgery were retrospectively reviewed.
