This case report evaluated the efficacy and safety of dupilumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 and interleukin-13, in a patient with atopic dermatitis (AD) and a history of metastatic renal cancer. Over 20 months of follow-up, the patient experienced significant improvement in AD symptoms without any recurrence of cancer. In addition to not stimulating carcinogenesis, dupilumab might synergistically inhibit tumor-induced immunosuppression, thereby potentially preventing tumor progression. This study aimed to investigate the clinical features and potential pathogenesis of lymphoma complicated with malignant solid tumors. Clinical data from 35 patients treated at Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital between January 2018 and March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. INTRODUCTION: Multiple myeloma (MM) is an incurable malignant neoplasm that accounts for approximately 1% of all cancers and 10% of haematological malignancies. Bortezomib is one of the most commonly used medications in first-line treatment and subsequent relapses, either as a single agent or in combination with other therapies.
