PATIENTS AND METHODS: Subjects received 12 mg oral anlotinib on days 1-14 and irinotecan (65 mg/m2) on day 1 and 8 every 3 weeks (up to 4 cycles), followed by anlotinib maintainance therapy with anlotinib alone.
