Interferon- (IFN-) λ1 is regarded as a potent bio-active molecule in innate immunity. However, little is known about its role in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), the most toxic and widely distributed aflatoxin, poses considerable health hazards to both animals and humans.
