Rituximab is known to affect T cell immune responses. We and others have reported expansions of T large granular lymphocytes (T-LGLs) in lymphoma patients after Rituximab. Schinzel-Giedion syndrome (SGS) is a rare developmental disorder characterized by multiple malformations, severe neurological alterations and increased risk of malignancy. Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) is an aggressive pediatric mixed myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPN). JMML leukemogenesis is linked to a hyperactivated RAS pathway, with driver mutations in the KRAS, NRAS, NF1, PTPN11, or CBL genes. Patients undergoing hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) can have complications that require management in the intensive care unit (ICU).
