We propose bilateral total body irradiation (TBI) utilizing a 3D printer and a 3D optical scanner. To create 3D illusions on a 2D paper surface, our method parameterizes user-drawn mask images and maps procedural paper strips onto the 2D plane. This clinical report describes rehabilitation with a complete denture obturator fabricated in 2 visits for an edentulous patient after a maxillectomy. The treatment of a 57-year-old woman with combined skeletal and pseudo-class III malocclusion who was also suffering from chronic myofascial orofacial pain is described. The challenge was to treat the patient's malocclusion while simultaneously managing the temporomandibular disorder. A comparative analysis of dermatoglyphic prints of patients with the Holt-Oram syndrome and isolated triphalangeal thumbs was performed with control dermatoglyphics. A specific feature of the syndrome is a change in the main palmar lines and their termination on the radial border of the hand not only in the absence of the thumb but also in the case of formation of the abortive xT-line, its radiants, and the axial triradius. Twenty Broca's aphasia patients were stimulated with four cues in a picture-naming task. Among the severe aphasics in the group, presentation of a word to be imitated was the most effective cue and presentation of the initial syllable of the word ranked second.
