Ontogeny of thymic B cells and their surface characteristics were analyzed using monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against B220 molecules (CD45, CD45R). Thymoma-associated graft-versus-host disease (GVHD)-like disease is a rare paraneoplastic disease seen in patients with thymoma. Lymphoblastic lymphomas (LBL) are a morphologically homogeneous group of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas which are indistinguishable in tissue sections from acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
