Single cell transcriptomics has recently seen a surge in popularity, leading to the need for data analysis pipelines that are reproducible, modular, and interoperable across different systems and institutions.To meet this demand, we introduce scAN1.0, a processing pipeline for analyzing 10X single cell RNA sequencing data. scAN1.0 is built using the Nextflow DSL2 and can be run on most computational systems. Recent experiments have realized the Bose-Einstein condensation of excitons, known as exciton condensation, in extended systems such as bilayer graphene and van der Waals heterostructures. Chondroma in the area of the spheno-ethmoidal junction is very rare. A 29-year-old male patient with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps was arranged for a preoperative computed tomography scan, and a lesion was accidentally found in his spheno-ethmoidal junction and involved the skull base. We present a scheme for correction of x-y-separable aberrations in optical coherence tomography (OCT) designed to work with phase unstable systems with no hardware modifications. Our approach, termed SHARP, is based on computational adaptive optics and numerical phase correction and follows from the fact that local phase stability is sufficient for the deconvolution of optical aberrations. INTRODUCTION: Trauma to the genitourinary system includes blunt and penetrating injuries to bladder and ureters. These are rare injuries and are overlooked as other abdominal and pelvic injuries often take priority. Delayed diagnosis can lead to significant morbidity and mortality. Computed tomography has taken a central role in the imaging of the ureters and bladder.
METHODS: This article reviews the anatomic relationships, mechanisms of injury, and clinical presentation to help physicians determine when bladder and ureteral injuries should be suspected and further imaging should be pursued.

The present case study describes a rare case of secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma that infiltrated the dura and leptomeninges around the area injured by subarachnoid hemorrhage and subsequent aneurysmal clipping.
