PURPOSE: To further improve analysis of the two-flash multifocal electroretinogram (2F-mfERG) in glaucoma in regard to structure-function analysis, using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) analysis.

PURPOSE: To compare the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) defects in early glaucomatous eyes between highly and non-highly myopic eyes.
METHODS: Sixty-one highly myopic eyes (< -6.0 diopters [D]) of 61 patients and 55 non-highly myopic eyes of 55 patients with early visual field (VF) defects were studied. There are two distinct subtypes of multiple sclerosis (MS) in Asians, optic-spinal (OSMS) and conventional (CMS). In OSMS, severe spinal cord lesions are characteristic while brain lesions are scant. We sought to clarify atypical brain lesions in OSMS by neuroimaging and pathological studies. A 35 month old child was referred for electrophysiology testing with pendular nystagmus, corresponding head oscillations and reduced vision. OBJECTIVE: To assess the validity and reproducibility of a fiberoptic transducer urodynamic catheter for urethral closure pressure profiles and leak point pressure determination, using a microtransducer catheter as the standard.
