Chemotherapy is increasingly being used in advanced pancreatic cancer, but side-effects are common. BACKGROUND CONTEXT: Coexisting Parkinson's disease (PD) and cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) presents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge due to symptomatic similarities between the diseases.
