TP53-mutant mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is associated with poor survival outcomes with standard chemoimmunotherapy. We conducted a multicenter, phase 2 study of zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax (BOVen) in untreated patients with MCL with a TP53 mutation.
