Mice deficient in the thyroid hormone (TH) transporter Mct8 (Mct8KO) have increased 5'-deiodination and impaired TH secretion and excretion. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of infrared diode laser phototherapy (LP) on tissues of the submandibular gland (SMG) and parotid gland (PG).
