Oligodendroglial injury is a pathological hallmark of many human white matter diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS) and periventricular leukomalacia (PVL). INTRODUCTION: Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis is a well-recognized autoimmune condition that often presents with neuropsychiatric symptoms and seizures.
