The main goal of this study is developing an adaptive controller which can solve the trajectory tracking for a class of quadcopter unmanned aerial system (UAS), namely a quadrotor. OBJECTIVE: There have been no reports focusing on patients with convulsion treated by a doctor helicopter (DH). We herein report the results of a retrospective analysis investigating the changes in patients' vital signs and clinical manifestations during transportation and the outcomes of treating convulsive patients using a government-funded medical DH.

Extracorporeal circulation techniques are being used increasingly in patients with acute cardiac or pulmonary failure. Some of these patients may subsequently require transportation, which has limited the use of these techniques in hospitals without on site transplantation facilities. We report a case of adult respiratory distress syndrome that demonstrates a solution to this problem.

The helicopter medical team of the Basel University Hospital treated and evacuated 710 patients in 1987/88. 484 were trauma patients (68.2%) and the intensive medical care began on the accident scene in 56% of the cases.
