We report a case of cutaneous angiomyolipoma found on the helix of a 67-year-old man. The lesion was studied by routine light microscopy, special stains, immunohistochemical methods, and electron microscopy. Histologic examination showed a well-circumscribed nodule in the dermis composed of an intimate mixture of blood vessels, smooth muscle, and mature fat. We present a case of a 67 year old male with a cortical nodular tumour of the left kidney. During a year's follow-up with ultrasound and MRI, the tumour was seen to increase in size by 16-20 mm. The nodule was surgically removed. To our knowledge, only 2 similar case reports exist in the literature. The present case is the first cervical case seen with epithelioid features and in association with cervical dysplasia.
