Subungual melanoma commonly presents with solitary longitudinal melanonychia. Herein, we report the case of a patient with subungual melanoma who developed involvement of three digits by three independent primary melanomas. A 98-year-old male patient presented with a two-year history of longitudinal melanonychia on three different fingernails. Histopathologically, all three lesions were proved to be melanoma. A 58-year-old previously healthy man presented with diplopia of rapid onset over a few days. Examination demonstrated bilateral sixth and right fourth cranial nerve palsy. Metaplastic thymoma is an extremely rare tumor. To date, only 17 cases of metaplastic thymoma have been reported. A nine-month-old puppy was presented for investigation of seizures. Neurological deficits were found localising to the prosencephalon, mesencephalon and myelencephalon. Synchronous primary intracranial germ cell tumors are rare. Only 5-10% of all germ cell tumors are found as synchronous lesion in pineal and suprasellar region. They are also known by the entity "double mid-line atypical teratoma". An 11-year-old male child presented with polyuria, polydipsia and features of raised intracranial tension. CT scan head revealed well-defined homogenously enhancing lesions in the pineal and suprasellar region. Histopathology examination showed the lesion to be of germ cell origin.

Blue rubber-bleb nevus syndrome (BRBNS) is an uncommon systemic disorder characterized by cutaneous and visceral cavernous hemangiomas. The characteristic rubbery textured and easily compressible lesions usually present in childhood and predominate cutaneously over the trunk and extremities. Gastrointestinal foci appear most commonly in the small bowel, a site that appears to dominate visceral involvement.
