Hypercalcaemia is frequently observed in patients with sarcoidosis. This is classically attributed to ectopic production of 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D by sarcoid granulomas. We present a case of sarcoidosis-related hypercalcaemia with normal vitamin D levels.
