Polyorchidism is a rare abnormality. A case is reported of a small scrotal supernumerary testis associated with a large varicocele. A torsion of this testis probably occurred and the vascular pedicle seemed atrophic. Despite abnormal fertility with oligozoospermy the accessary testis was removed.
